Stagecraft provides a complimentary initial consultation
that typically lasts half an hour. We understand that
preparing your home for sale can be a stressful undertaking.
We welcome the opportunity to discuss your specific goals
and ideas, and to provide you with services and pricing
information, so please feel free to contact us with any

Evaluation and Consultation
Take the
guess-work out of creating a great impression! We will spend
two hours with homeowners, walking through the property
analyzing both the inside and the outside from a buyer’s
perspective. We will listen to the homeowner’s goals and
make specific recommendations regarding changes you can
make, including low-cost improvements to achieve high-impact
results. We will stage one room in the home using the
homeowner’s own items and take a digital photo to provide to
the homeowner. At the end of the consultation, Stagecraft
provides a concise written Evaluation.
Do It Yourself (DIY) Instructional Guide
As a
follow-up to an evaluation, a tailored Do-It-Yourself (DIY)
Report with detailed instructions and photographs can be
provided to homeowners who would like in-depth guidelines
for improving their home’s sales appeal on their own.
Half Day Staging, Photos, and Action Plan
Have a
professional Stager transform key areas of your home to
“wow” buyers! Stagecraft will spend four hours staging areas
that have been identified as most critical to influencing
the sale of your home. We stage each area to bring its
appeal into sharper focus, and may add our own accessories
for the day to take beautiful photos and provide a visual
reference of items the homeowner can duplicate. We provide
digital photos and an Action Plan recommending additional
items to be completed by the homeowner.
Full Day Staging, Photos, and Action Plan
By the
end of this day, your home will be dramatically transformed!
Stagecraft will provide eight hours of professional staging
for your entire home, beginning with de-cluttering and
organizing. Stagecraft will use our accessories for the day
to enhance our staging photography and provide the homeowner
with visual references of items that can be purchased to
achieve picture-perfect results. We provide digital photos
and a detailed Action Plan recommending additional items to
be completed by the homeowner.
