Hello,
I’m Diana Neece, the owner of Stagecraft Home Staging, and I
am an HSR Certified Home Staging Consultant.
My
experience in a wide variety of home improvement and
redesign areas serves as the foundation of the expertise
with which I advise my clients. This expertise includes
simple aesthetic changes such as painting tips and tricks,
accessory selection, furniture and art arrangement, and
coordination of color schemes. My experience with more
dramatic cosmetic changes includes custom window treatment
design and fabrication.
My goal
is to blend form and function in a way that people can truly
both enjoy and utilize. I include and even repurpose as many
of the homeowner’s existing possessions as possible in the
process of transforming a home into an unforgettable image
in a buyer’s mind. And, I will find just the right
accessories to accentuate the look and bring your home’s
existing appeal into stronger focus.
I
understand that a staged home is most often an occupied
home. As your home staging consultant, I will listen
carefully to your own ideas, preferences and goals, and will
incorporate them into staging your home to leave you with a
result you can take pride in.
